Holistic Nutrition is a philosophy of health care that emphasizes taking personal responsibility for one’s health and building a cooperative relationship between client and practitioner. It emphasizes evaluating the whole individual, including all the factors that influence their state of health (emotional, physical, nutritional, environmental, genetic, and spiritual).
By finding the root cause of imbalance in the body, client and practitioner are able to work together to correct those imbalances to promote health and well-being to its fullest. If we understand what caused it, we can begin to heal it.
I practice Live Blood Microscopy and Digital analysis based on a symptomatic knowledge database which provides me with very useful information to assess health conditions, while holistic nutrition is the vehicle for healing, building, strengthening, and repairing the body.
